Every set we sell is made to order: printed for your family after you order, not pulled off a shelf. That is why it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shipping.
How long it takes
- Printing and quality check: 5–8 business days after payment.
- Shipping in the US, tracked: 7–10 business days after it leaves production.
- Order to doorstep: 12–18 business days in total.
The arrival date on each product page already includes printing. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start the next business day. Before big holidays we show an order-by date; order before it to have your sets in time.
Shipping rates
Standard tracked shipping is $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $95 or more after discounts. We ship within the United States, including PO boxes. We can't ship to APO/FPO addresses and don't offer express shipping.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered but nothing arrived, email us. If the parcel is lost we reprint and reship it free.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of an address error, we can reship it once you confirm the address (shipping is charged again).
